Ben does everything right. The quality of our photos was AMAZING! He hired top quality professionals, including a drone photographer and a 3D walk-through photographer, who made our condo look beautiful. He's responsive, kind, professional, and overflows with integrity. I would never purchase a home anywhere in San Diego without Ben's help. You shouldn't either.

My fiancé and I purchased our first home in San Diego in April of 2021. We wouldn't have been able to purchase our home without Ben's help and guidance. Anyone who is purchasing a home right now understands how competitive it is only 2-3 houses go on the market each week, there are 10+ offers on each home, and properties go into contract 3-4 days after being listed.
